Description and Skills: We are hiring a Network Security Specialist (WAF) to join our Technology Solutions Division. This role involves managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Load Balancers and Web Application Firewalls (WAF) while collaborating closely with customer IT teams and ensuring adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot network incidents: link outages, hardware failures, performance issues, etc.

Manage/configure/troubleshoot Load Balancers (F5, Radware, Citrix, etc.) and WAF solutions.

Create and maintain SOPs and Plan of Actions for activities and new features.

Work on incident resolution with technical updates and required documentation.

Collaborate with customer IT teams and guide internal teams for issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to customer policies and escalate issues as needed.

Core Skills:

Strong experience in Load Balancer technologies (F5, Radware, Citrix, or similar).

Proficient in Web Application Firewall solutions.

Solid understanding of security terminologies and concepts.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Mumbai

Mode of Work: On Field / Onsite

Ideal Candidate:

Degree in B.E, B.Tech, or relevant Computer Science background.

Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified, Citrix) are advantageous.

Self-motivated, confident, and skilled in handling client interactions.

Ability to forecast, articulate technical concepts, and take ownership of tasks.
