Challenges
The customer needed a centralized solution to manage their Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments. They faced challenges in applying security patches, ensuring compliance, and automating infrastructure tasks across various host versions in a scalable and fault-tolerant manner.
Wysetek Solution
Wysetek implemented Red Hat Satellite with one satellite server and two capsule servers, supported by a HAProxy-based load balancer for high availability. Host groups were created for different RHEL versions and integrated with Red Hat Insights for vulnerability detection and automated remediation using Ansible playbooks.
Impact
The deployment enabled centralized patching, updates, subscription management, and compliance reporting. The customer gained robust control over infrastructure operations with enhanced visibility, operational resilience, and improved response to vulnerabilities through automation.
