Tech Entrepreneur Rajesh Mathkar, founder and director at Wysetek talks on the successful journey at Wysetek and the company’s roadmap ahead.
What have you learnt as the founder of Wysetek in the company’s journey of thirty years?
To be customer focused has been the DNA of Wysetek since day one of inception in 1989 as our team walks that extra mile to genuinely attain the customer delight in every transaction that we do.
We are committed to ensure quality (in our technology – products, solutions and services – to customers) as it is the heart of our business plans.
Our customers are partners in progress and hence we and our team nurture and maintain meaningful long term relationships with them.
I have also learnt the importance of being service- oriented through value based offerings to the customers in today’s fast evolving technology space.
Whom would you attribute the company’s success over the years and why?
The company’s success is attributed to our customers because of whom we are in this business over the years and today.
The hard work and contribution of Wysetek team is vital component of our success story. Few providers can match the extent of Wysetek’s IT expertise, but what really sets us apart is the way we understand and address our customer’s business needs.
The long standing support of the technology OEM’s as we have got the the entire technology know how and other details from them.
How important has it been to understand the changing role of CIOs and overall customer demand for IT solutions?
We have seen several business cycles and also innovation waves. Eg. Internet dot com, ERP, Virtualisation cloud. We from time to time adapt to change and tune our strategy accordingly.
Wysetek has a unique ability to grasp the complexities of tactical business issues and then craft a total solution that puts the IT organization in step with strategic corporate goals. I believe we are leveraging our skills, partnerships and resources to offer the right solution at the right price to the customer.
How do you see Wysetek five years from now in years 2024 in terms of technologies on focus and overall market?
We see ourselves as a trusted digital transformation partner having deep skill sets in cloud, cyber security, data protection &management. Our big tech bets for next five years would be Cyber security, Cloud and Analytics & BI
We want to become a respectable globally competitive technology oriented IT organization that is known for excellent business practices and delivers very good value services and solutions to both large corporate as well as small and medium enterprises.
